Sarah has been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 30 years. She studied with Lee Holden and Mantac Chia along with the Golden Shield Qi Gong forms from Kaishan. She teaches simple flowing exercises and mindfulness. This is the most important aspect of medicine to her, the mindfulness and she loves to share how to connect with and control your own body and rhythms of energy.
Classes are now on Sunday afternoons from 3:30-5:00 pm on Fox Rd. You must sign up in advance to attend as space is limited.
