Archangel Cocktail Bitters (Archangel angelica and Fennel)

Flavor Notes: Subtly warm, pungent, with a mild bittersweet celery root finish.

Angelica archangelica has a long history of being used in bitters, and it is recognizable as one of the prominent flavors in Tanqueray gin. This is a true bitters.

Try this in: A gin and tonic, a vodka soda, a martini, or in plain soda.

Directions: To your cocktail add a dash to a 1/2 dropperful of these bitters.
