We are posting this on 10/9/24 so we will see if we get a few people and then we will run the first class. You can come in person or via zoom. The class will be available for purchase after for those who can not attend but in person classes will include physical connection with your new friends, the herbs.

Sarah has decades of herbal education and practice and offers transformative herbal education classes geared for patients. She brings a depth of ancient knowledge with the awareness of modern science to help you understand the fundamentals of how herbs work.

Most herbalists are using cook book medicine, a plant for an ill, when this is not how bodies or plants work. The complexity is far beyond human comprehension so if we try and simplify we are loosing most of the benefit. Amazingly herbs often work anyway just like shaking something can make it work again and offer much fewer side effects than pills that block and damage receptors, use up what you don’t have or simply have little to no beneficial effect overall in the body. So don’t be afraid! We can use herbs more safely the more we know and we can grow with each class together!

When we find the right herb for the right person at the right time the effects are profound and consistent. We can treat things modern medicine is failing at and Sarah has done this for decades.

Qi Gong is described as the art of effortless flow.  All are welcome and any body will enjoy these gentle flowing movements.

In person live workshops starting now!

Work with with breath and movement to harmonize and rejuvenate your bodies and minds. Simple moving stretches will clear your body of tension before we start the flowing exercises to balance and rejuvenate our channels and organs.

In person workshops will be 1.5  hours once a month and will help you understand and integrate the exercises for maximum benefit while we find and perfect your form for the greatest flow. We will follow up with video lessons that can be used in individual treatment plans or general wellness packages.
